The best solution here would be dynamically add a menu with all necessary options, if it's not a custom menu during Error Handler lifetime. In other words, Error Handler should check if this menu is available (along with version(2)) and if not, activate it on the fly. If Error Handler activates it, it should also de-activate it in Destroy method. Other solution would be to use Shortcut menu.
