In some applications I've had problems with dissappearing record markers, so I had defined a task to improve record highlighting (xfma0053), as you suggest. But my recent testing of XFormDBF indicates that its record markers persist pretty well, so I've lowered my ranking of this task. With the most recent dynamic status bar prompt changes (xfma0063 and xfma0064) plus VFP's standard record marker, I think we've got enough indicators of current record position. (Thanks for your suggestion of using the grid's AfterRowColChange event method to display info in the status bar.)
