The preceding message demonstrates that I can post messages in Cyrillic. Note the poor choice of font for the From: information as displayed in TOC. However, the From: info is properly displayed in the message body.
A quick test of FrontPage's searching seems to indicate that this doesn't handle Cyrillic, though. Maybe further tests might show otherwise, or maybe there is some way to configure for Search to work with foreign character sets, but further research on this is needed.
